Returns Policy

FreerideADV takes great pride in providing you with a high-end quality productWe personally inspect all of the items sold before they are packaged and sent to youEvery effort will be made to eliminate the chances of you receiving a defective product. 

If there is a problem with an item, please send an email to us with “Return Request” as the subject line. Describe the problem. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • No returns after 30 Days of Delivery.

  • All products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The item must be in its original undamaged packaging.

  • Receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to any products that meet the above-noted conditions.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the item to us. 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method on approved returns. 

We sincerely hope this doesn’t happen, but if we have made an error and have shipped the wrong product to you, please forgive us. It certainly won’t have been intentional, and we whole heartily apologize. Email us, return the item, and we will exchange it for the correct item and will refund the cost of your return shipping.

If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss an exchange option with you, provided the return conditions noted above have been met.
